How can I sign up to Access Direct?
Having opened your account with us, a member of our client services team will be in touch to help you set up Access Direct, our secure and confidential portal that allows you 24-hour access to your account and investment information.
All you need to do is provide your email address as your username, and wait to receive your initial password from your relationship manager and a personal identification number (PIN) which is sent separately. The first time you log in you should change this password, and keep your new password strictly private.
