Job Summary

To support the development of applications and reports to meet the business requirements and to support the IT team in maintaining and supporting all existing systems and applications. You will also be required to support both the Head of IT and IT manager to implement the Bank’s IT Strategy.

We offer personal and corporate savings products and finance for UK residential and commercial property, in addition to sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments.

Key responsibilities

  • Development, delivery, and support of applications software, both in-house developed and 3rd party applications
  • Development of reports and MI data to meet the banks requirements
  • Working with users to define, document and develop changing requirements to the banks systems & processes
  • Assist in the feasibility and introduction of new technologies and software
  • System administration, including application problem tracking and resolution
  • Always ensure that good practice is achieved in all projects
  • Ensuring the enforcement of IT policies and procedures
  • Change management control
  • Implementing the IT architecture
  • Providing IT support to all users

Skills required

  • Development experience in any of the following .NET, C#.NET, ASP.Net MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
  • Visual Studio TFS
  • Database and reporting, particularly SQL Server and SSRS & SSIS
  • Web services technologies
  • Financial Software Systems
  • Cloud based environment
  • Document Management
  • SharePoint
  • Exposure & experience of SSAS, Power platform
