Job Summary

Contribute to day-to-day reporting and responsibility in various projects for supporting activity through the analysis and analytics of HR management information and / or development of specific data reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Transform reporting capability across the HR function by ensuring existing and new technology and systems are being used to their full potential
  • You will evidence knowledge of best practice approaches to delivering HR metrics, performance measures and reporting using dashboards
  • Support in creating efficiencies in processes wherever possible
  • Produce analytics for monthly ExCo and Board presentations
  • Cross check people data is consistent across numerous HR systems incl. Payroll, PMI and Dental Benefit systems
  • Liaise with third parties to obtain office access reporting
  • Produce data analysis for all HR survey responses; including Employee Engagement
  • Support HR colleagues by automating HR processes, in particular HR admin practices
  • Help HR management better understand team productivity and mailbox management
  • Assisting with internal inventories and audits of people records and accompanying processes
  • Liaison with outsourced HR and Talent & Development providers to support administration of processes and management of systems

Skills required

  • CIPD qualification would be beneficial
  • Experience working in an office environment, liaising with employees at all levels of seniority, with an understanding of employee journey and lifecycle
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Knowledge of right to work and immigration processes
  • Understanding of the operations of a financial services environment
  • Excellent understanding of HR system capability preferably BambooHR
  • Good IT knowledge, including advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and other Microsoft packages
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
