What is an EPC rating?

To begin with, we are committed to helping our customers capture and improve the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) rating of their property.
What’s an EPC rating?
An EPC gives a property, an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years.
An EPC contains:
- Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
- Recommendation about how to reduce energy use and save money
How to get an EPC if you realise you don’t have it for your property?
