Gatehouse Bank Launches Online Decision in Principle Facility

Gatehouse Bank has launched an online Decision in Principle (DIP) facility.

Open to UK residents, the facility has been developed to improve and streamline the customer journey, enabling UK home purchase plan and buy-to-let customers to independently gain a Decision in Principle which is available round-the-clock, at a time convenient to them.

The online DIP facility will allow qualifying customers to obtain a Decision in Principle in around 10 minutes. Customers will then be prompted to upload all supporting documentation through a secure platform and will also receive immediate access to documents that can be provided to estate agents when viewing and offering on properties.
