Job Summary

The purpose of this role is too on-board and provide continuing support to the management and administration of Brokers, Intermediaries, and third-party Business Partners. To ensure the onboarding process is conducted efficiently and accurately within the established Service Level Agreements and Compliance and Risk guidelines, working with the wider team to ensure any improvements or changes required are implemented.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete the Broker and Introducer Intermediary and broker on boarding process, identifying any missing information and pro-actively obtaining.
  • Work with Head of Intermediary Sales and the Senior Sales Support Associate to review ongoing processes to ensure that they are and remain fit for purpose in balancing high compliance environment and customer service values.
  • To calculate/validate and then process accurate procuration fee and introducer fee payments to Brokers and Intermediaries and administer invoice approval process.
  • Proactively provide introducer updates.
  • Proactively manage the on boarding pipeline.
  • Create and maintain management Information for both internal and external circulation.
  • Manage inbound & outbound enquiry calls and emails.
  • Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on business levels generated and internal processes in terms of management information as required.
  • To assist the Head of Intermediary Sales and Senior Sales Support Associate in managing the relationships with third party relationships.
  • Communicating with and building relationships with various internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure smooth processes and information sharing to mitigate both financial and reputational risk.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Fraud risk/compliance awareness
  • Knowledge and Experience of working with Intermediaries and Brokers.
  • Service excellence delivery for all Intermediaries.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communications skills.

Beneficial skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Understanding of Intermediary and Brokers on Boarding requirements.
  • Understanding of Shariah Banking

Required gualifications

  • GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Training and competence

  • Maintain professional training and competence, including a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) log as appropriate for the role, including both technical and compliance training.
  • Ensure all mandatory training assigned is completed and passed prior to the deadline provided.
  • Ensure knowledge of working within a regulatory environment and regulatory requirements remains current, carrying out independent learning where required.
