Job Summary
To provide Facilities Support for London office and all bank staff and act as Health and Safety support for all premises.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Front of House for the London office and responsible for the management of meeting rooms.
- Provide catering when required for internal and external meetings.
- Responsible for all incoming & outgoing post.
- Responsible for supplies/stationary for London office.
- Access control system administration and monthly audit, issuing passes to new starters.
- Facilities & Office Management back up in absence.
- Support the Facilities Manager & Health & Safety Officer in providing Health & Safety support for all premises.
- Organise distribution of equipment to home workers.
- Supply and return of items for new starters and leavers.
- Process departmental expenses & petty cash.
- Ad hoc support for all departments.
- Organise travel (where required) for all departments.
- Responsible for mandatory regulatory maintenance checks.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
Skills required and Qualifications
- Reception, and general administration experience.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, can-do attitude.
- GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
