0% product fee range added to Buy-to-Let UK Expat and International products

With immediate effect we have introduced a 0% product fee range across Buy-to-Let (BTL) Expat and International products. With the launch of these new products, we are now able to support a wider range of your customers circumstances with product fees starting from 0% up to 5%. Rental rates from:

• UK Expat BTL:
  • 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 7.21% with 0% product fee
  • 5-year fixed rental rates starting at 7.22% with 0% product fee
• International Resident BTL:
  • 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 7.31% with 0% product fee
  • 5-year fixed rental rates starting at 7.32% with 0% product fee
