If your client wants to make an Additional Acquisition Payment (AAP), this needs to be completed before a KFI can be produced. Please ask your client to contact our Customer Service team on 0800 0353 253 (International: +44 20 7070 6960. Please be aware this payment must be made from a UK bank account.

The Key Facts Illustration (KFI) will reflect the anticipated account balance at the end of the current fixed-term product (or the latest balance if the account is currently on a variable rate).

Your customer can switch up to 3 months prior to the current fixed-term end date without incurring early redemption charges. The new fixed-term start date can be requested at point of product switch application with our Customer Services team.

This form should only be used if there are no material changes to the finance, e.g. increase in finance, increase in term, change in applicants, change in repayment method or change in product type
