Seasonal operational deadlines and opening hours

We would like to give you advance notice of our operational deadlines and opening hours for the forthcoming festive period.

Home Finance applications received on or before Tuesday, 20 December will be reviewed and an initial response given by 1pm on Friday, 23 December. New applications received after Tuesday, 20 December will be reviewed in order of receipt but are not guaranteed to be responded to before Tuesday, 3 January 2023.

Post Offer applications that are expecting to complete in 2022 will need to do so by Tuesday 20 December, to ensure that funds are transferred prior to legal firms closing for the festive period.

The Bank will close for business at 1pm on Friday, 23 December and re-open in full at 9am on Tuesday, 3 January 2023. Between 28 and 30 December a reduced team will be available to manage urgent enquiries.
