Seasonal operational deadlines and opening hours

We would like to share our operational deadlines and opening hours for the forthcoming festive period.

Home Finance applications received on or before Tuesday, 17 December will be reviewed with an initial response provided by close of business on Friday, 20 December. New applications received after Tuesday, 17 December will be reviewed in the order they are received, but a response is not guaranteed before Thursday, 2 January 2025.

Applications that are expecting to complete in 2024 will need to do so by Friday, 20 December, to ensure that funds are transferred prior to legal firms closing for the festive period.

The Bank will close for business at 1pm on Tuesday, 24 December and re-open in full at 9am on Thursday, 2 January 2025. During the period from 27 to 31 December a reduced team will be available to manage urgent enquiries.
