Change to our Standard Variable Rate

Following increases in the Bank of England base rate in June and August, we will be changing our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) for new business to 8.00% (from 7.25%) on Sunday, 1 October 2023.

For existing customers on ‘follow-on’ rates, their new payment rate also takes effect from Sunday, 1 October 2023, our next Rent Review Date.

Product Transfers for Existing Customers

We would like to remind you that we offer Product Transfers for existing customers who have recently received a letter from us regarding their current finance product term which will shortly come to an end, details of which can be found here.
