Coronavirus - Update on Valuations
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these uncertain times.
We have faced a number of issues in adapting to new working arrangements and appreciate that our service has not always been at the standard we aim to provide. However, our teams remain available to deal with your queries via phone and email during these exceptional times.
We have unfortunately been advised by our Valuation Panel that following the Government’s recent advice regarding Covid-19, they will not be carrying out any new valuations and all booked appointments will be put on hold. Those valuations that have been carried out will be reported back in the usual way.
As you would expect, we are working closely with the Valuation Panel Managers to consider alternative options and will confirm our position as soon as possible.
