Increase in Finance levels in Wales to £5m BTL and £2.5m HPP

We are delighted to announce that following the resumption of physical valuations in Wales, we are now able to finance residential property in Wales up to £5m for Buy-to-Let (BTL) property and £2.5m for Home Purchase Plans (HPP’s).

In addition, physical valuations mean that we can now offer finance on a wider range of property types in Wales, including flats/apartments above 6 storeys, properties with large acreage and MUFBs (Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks).
