Temporary withdrawal of Home Purchase Plan products in Wales

With immediate effect, we regret to inform you that due to regulatory changes in Wales, we are temporarily unable to offer Home Purchase Plan (HPP) finance for properties located in Wales. This is a short-term measure and we hope to return to the market in the near future.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and expect this exclusion to be in place for a limited period. Any applications already submitted will be processed as normal and within our usual timescales, but no amendments to the application or property, or any time extensions will be allowed.

Our HPP product range is still available to UK residents, UK Expats and International residents looking to purchase or refinance property in England. Our Buy-to-Let products are not affected and remain available in England and Wales. Our full range of products can be found here.
