Broker Portal Notes Update

Following feedback from our intermediary partners, we are pleased to announce that from today, a new ‘Broker Notes’ functionality has been added to our online application portal.

This new functionality allows you to add notes and supporting information relating to an application via the “Application Dashboard” where you can view the content. Please note that you are unable to edit or delete any notes once saved, as we need to keep an audit trail of all communications.
