Consumer Duty Update

You may be aware that the deadline for finance providers to share product details and plans with distributors under Consumer Duty comes into effect on 30 April. We are working towards finalising the information we will need to provide to our broker partners to support you in fulfilling your obligations under the Duty.

All the relevant Consumer Duty information such as our price and value assessments together with our intended target market will be housed on a newly created section of our website.

Once all the information is finalised we will update our website and send a further communication confirming its availability, but thought it may be helpful to provide you with this update in the interim.
