Changes to our SVR
Following recent changes to the Bank of England base rate, we have today changed our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) for new business to 4.25% across all products (from 3.85%). For existing customers, the new SVR takes effect from 1 April 2022.
SVR changes for BTL UK Expat and International resident products
From today, on all new UK Expat and International resident Buy-to-Let products (including HMOs and MUFBs where applicable) the SVR margin will increase by 0.5%, with the rate payable now being SVR + 1.5%. Please note that all existing applications and DIPs will be honoured on current terms. All UK resident Buy-to-Let products (including HMO/MUFB) remain unaffected.
