Coronavirus - Update on Offer Periods
In light of the current uncertainty, we have taken the decision to extend all offer periods for current Home Purchase Plan and Buy-to-Let offers by 30 calendar days, to support customers that are struggling to complete their applications.
Customers will not be required to submit any additional documentation to extend their offer for 30 calendar days.
Should a customer continue to be unable to complete within the 30 calendar day extension period, we will take a flexible and pragmatic approach to those who request a further extension. However, we may require additional documentation in some cases.
