Faster, RICS-compliant valuations now live across HPP and BTL for UK customers

We’ve enhanced our valuation process across both HPP and BTL products, following a successful three-month pilot.

From today, we’ve integrated Finvise, the UK’s first RICS regulated, AI powered valuation platform, into our valuation journey. Finvise combines AI technology with qualified RICS surveyor oversight, enabling faster valuation turnaround times without compromising on quality and high standards of customer service.

What’s changed?

Through this partnership, we can now deliver AI enhanced surveyor reports that remain fully compliant, with every valuation reviewed and signed off by a RICS surveyor. In pilot testing, this approach reduced valuation turnaround times by up to 600%*, helping applications move more quickly and with greater certainty.

Product scope

This enhancement applies to:

  • HPP and BTL applications from UK residents looking to buy or refinance
  • Properties up to £1m
  • FTV up to 75% for property purchases and 80% for refinancing.
