New ‘Limited Edition’ products and rate reductions now live

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new ‘Limited Edition’ products and rate reductions across our Home Purchase Plan (HPP) and Buy-to-Let (BTL) product ranges, giving you more ways to support your customers in the UK and overseas.

This latest update includes new ‘Limited Edition’ options with rate reductions of up to 0.66% for new UK customers across HPP and up to 0.51% for BTL, including HMOs and MUFBs. We’ve also reduced rates for UK Expat and International residents.

New rates are live

UK Residents (New Customers)

• HPP rates from 5.58% (2-year) and 5.53% (5-year)
• BTL rates from 3.63% (2-year) and 4.79 (5-year)
• BTL HMO/MUFB rates from 3.74% (2-year) and 5.14% (5-year)

UK Expats and International Residents

• BTL 2-year fixed rates from 4.95%
• BTL HMO/MUFB 2-year fixed rates from 5.11%

Our new rental rates are available across all FTV bands, include Green products with reduced rates available for energy-efficient properties (EPC A or B), and whether your customers are purchasing a home, expanding their property portfolio or refinancing, they offer greater flexibility when finding the right fit for your customers.

We recommend submitting applications promptly to avoid any potential changes or withdrawal.
