Rate update: BTL products for UK Expats and International Residents – effective today

From today, we’ve increased rental rates across all 2-year fixed rate Buy-to-Let (BTL) products for UK Expats and International residents.

The following new rates apply:

• UK Expat BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 5.09%
• International Resident BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 5.10%
