We are sharing important information on our processing timeframes and holiday opening hours to help you plan for the forthcoming festive period.
Seasonal timeframes for application review
- Home Finance applications received on or before Tuesday, 16 December: will be reviewed with an initial response provided by close of business Friday, 19 December.
- Home Finance applications received after Tuesday, 16 December: will be reviewed in the order received, but a response is not guaranteed before Friday, 2 January 2026.
Applications expected to complete in 2025 must do so by Friday, 19 December to ensure funds are transferred before legal firms close for the festive period.
Opening hours over the festive period
Please note, between Christmas and new year we have a reduced team available for urgent enquiries only.
- Wednesday, 24 December: Closing at 1pm
- Thursday, 25 December – Friday, 26 December: Closed
- Monday, 29 December – Tuesday, 30 December: Normal business hours
- Wednesday, 31 December: Closing at 3pm
- Friday, 2 January 2026 onward: Normal business hours
