UK property finance for international residents and UK expats - now with a UK payment account option
We’re excited to share an important update that will streamline the property finance application process for international residents and UK expats in need of a UK sort code and account number.
New partnership with Algbra
We've partnered with Algbra, an FCA-authorised e-money provider, so that international residents and UK expats applying for property finance with us can easily open a payment account for their Direct Debit payments if needed.
This partnership means that as part of the online application you can also apply for an Algbra payment account for your customer.

Next steps
This new account will be available from tomorrow, Friday, 23 January for all new property finance applications from international residents and UK expats. No changes are needed to your current process - the Algbra application is integrated into our existing application journey.
Please note: The account is for individual applicants only and not available to Limited Companies or other company structures.
