We have reduced rates across our Buy‑to‑Let (BTL) range for UK Expats and International residents, including Green, SPV Limited Companies, HMOs and MUFBs.

New starting rates now available:

• UK Expat BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates from 4.15%
• International Resident BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates from 4.16%
