We are withdrawing all 2-year fixed rate Buy-to-Let products for UK Expats and International residents on Friday, 8 May 2026. A new range will launch at the same time.

What you need to do

If you have any DIPs you wish to progress, you need to submit a fully packaged application by 11.59pm tomorrow (Thursday, 7 May 2026). You must make sure that:

1. The customer's signature is in place

2. The application fee is paid

3. The application is submitted via our online system.
