Maximum finance term increased for BTL Expat and International residents
We have today increased the maximum finance term from 25 years to 30 years for Buy-to-Let (BTL) UK Expat and International resident customers, to align with UK resident customers.
These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to offering competitive finance options.

Our UK Expat and International resident criteria includes, but is not limited to:
- Up to 80% Finance-to-Value
- BTLs for First Time Buyers/First Time Landlords
- UK registered SPVs and Limited Companies accepted
- Over 200 locations worldwide
- No UK credit footprint or UK address required
- Finance from £75k - £10million
