Rate update: BTL products for UK Expats and International Residents – effective today

From today, we’ve increased rental rates by 0.27% across all 5-year fixed rate Buy-to-Let (BTL) products for UK Expats and International residents.

The following new rates apply:

• Expat BTL: 5-year fixed rental rates starting at 6.15%
• International Resident BTL: 5-year fixed rental rates starting at 6.16%.
