Reduced rates on BTL products for UK Expats & International residents

We have today reduced 2-year rates across our Buy-to-Let (BTL) range for UK Expats and International residents, including Green, SPV Limited Companies, HMOs and MUFBs. This applies to products for both new and existing customers.

New starting rates now available:

• UK Expat BTL: 2‑year fixed rental rates from 4.91%
• International Resident BTL: 2‑year fixed rental rates from 4.92%
