Act today – 5-year fixed BTL products for UK Expats and International Residents withdraw tonight
We are withdrawing all 5-year fixed rate Buy-to-Let products for UK Expats and International residents tomorrow, Tuesday, 17 March 2026. A new range will launch at the same time.
What you need to do
If you have any DIPs you wish to progress, you need to submit a fully packaged application by 11.59pm tonight (16 March 2026). You must make sure that:
- The customer's signature is in place
- The application fee is paid
- The application is submitted via our online system.
